Alameda's Best Catering was great! We had a wonderful experience with this caterer from start to finish. The planning process leading up to our event was smooth and well organized, and they were always responsive and easy to work with. On the day of the party, the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all of our guests. The service was professional, friendly, and helped everything run seamlessly. My husband and I hired Joe and Alameda's Best Catering for our wedding on June 27, 2026. In the year and a half leading up to the big day, Joe was very thoughtful and helpful; he helped me build the menu within my budget and went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly, including: going to the venue twice beforehand to make sure they could accommodate everything, having his staff turn the whole room over from the ceremony to the reception (we used the same space), and coming the day before to help us set up. The food was fantastic--guests loved the meal and no one went hungry. Absolutely fantastic catering! This caterer is the GO TO when doing any event, especially at the Albert H. DeWitt Officers' Club. The kitchen at our venue was not real so this caterer is used to making sure all food for 220 of our guests stayed warm and refilled. The budget for our party was absolutely the BEST I have seen in my 6 years of planning big graduation parties for our organization. We asked for a tasting and my team loved EVERY single item on the menu. We wished we could order dessert but due to our limited budget, we were not able to add it. The strawberry cheesecake was to die for. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the entire team was professional and organized. Communication was excellent throughout the planning process, and everything was delivered and set up exactly as promised. Our guests loved the food! Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service made our event a success. All the service workers were helpful and shoutout to the bar tenders. I had a great experience with Alameda’s Best Catering. We used them for our scout banquet and they helped create a menu that was delicious, approachable for kids, and most importantly—for our budget. We just had our Old Alamedans Luncheon with Alameda's Best Catering at the Alameda Elks Lodge and this has been the best luncheon in years, thanks to Joe Nickaloff and his amazing staff.  I whole heartedly recommend Alameda's Best Catering!
